Pictured below is only a small sample of our sizes and shapes. We currently make a variety of different size capsules (size 0, size 1 and size 2) and tablets (from 1/8 inch to 13/16 inch diameters). We also make tablets in various shapes, such as "caplets," and can customize sizes and shapes to meet your special needs

JAG Industries, Inc. tailors specific formulations to achieve the physical characteristics -- such as hardness, density, dissolution time, etc. -- desired by our customers.  Our expert staff of professionals are trained in every aspect of pharmaceutical and chemical formulations. Every effort is made by our staff to duplicate your product as though it were produced in your own facility. To ensure consistent quality, our production is continuously checked by sampling tablet's weight, thickness and hardness and providing results for customers’ records, if desired.

We use tablet press and capsule filling machines, housed in temperature and humidity controlled rooms. We use twin-shell blenders for mixing and ball mills for fine particle size grinding.  We perform constant maintenance on our equipment to ensure it delivers the highest quality product possible.

Our company has the capability to package your product in foil packets or as foil backed blister packs. The foil can be attached to a card, printed on the front with your company name and logo, allowing the product to be punched out by the user. We are able to bottle your product in the style and size of your choice, or ship product to you in bulk.
